Dakila

Request a walkthrough.

About half an hour, on a live system running a fictional bureau — 52 staff across five offices, a 60-item plantilla, a CY 2026 payroll history with a cycle run live in front of you.

What we will show you

  1. 1An employee’s Personal Data Sheet on screen, and the four-page CS Form 212 it prints.
  2. 2A full monthly payroll cycle, end to end, with GSIS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and PERA on the slip. Then we change one employee’s salary grade and step and run it again in front of you.
  3. 3The CSC leave ledger, and the monetization estimate with its citation.
  4. 4The plantilla register, filled against vacant, with Qualification Standards on the items.

Bring your scepticism

The most useful walkthroughs are the ones where someone arrives determined to catch the software out. If there is a computation your office does by hand, a form you have never seen software get right, or a figure you want to check against your own records — say so when you request, and we will have it open.

One thing worth checking first

Dakila is built for agencies covered by the Salary Standardization Law and the civil service rules — salary grades and steps, CSC leave credits, GSIS. If your agency is chartered outside SSL and runs a board-approved compensation plan instead, the payroll layer would need to be fitted to it. Tell us and we will be straight with you about the work involved rather than let you find out in the meeting.

We use what you send here to arrange the walkthrough and nothing else. It is not stored in a database, not added to a mailing list, and not shared. Ask us to delete the thread at any point and we will.
