Government payroll

A full monthly or semi-monthly cycle, with the contributions and allowances government actually pays.

What it does

  • GSIS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG computed on every slip, employee and employer share.
  • PERA as a standard line — its absence is the tell that software was not built for government.
  • Mid-Year Bonus, Year-End Bonus and Cash Gift by name.
  • Semi-monthly means the first-to-fifteenth and sixteenth-to-month-end split, not a rounded half.
  • Change an employee's salary grade or step and re-run; every contribution and the net recompute.
  • Salary Register and Bank Remittance reports out of the same run.

What it does not do

We publish no salary grade and step peso matrix, here or in the product. Your agency's own NBC schedule loads at onboarding, from the issuance that governs you.
