Leave and the CSC leave card
Vacation and sick credits that accrue the way CSC says they accrue, on a cumulative ledger.
What it does
- Filing, balances and approval routing for employees and approvers.
- A cumulative leave ledger, not a running balance — the thing COA asks to see.
- Monetization estimated at the CSC factor, with the citation shown on the screen beside the figure.
- CSC leave types configured for your agency: vacation, sick, special privilege, maternity, paternity, solo parent, study, VAWC, rehabilitation and forced leave.
What it does not do
The monetization screen is labelled an estimate throughout, because approval routing and authorised amounts are your agency's to set. Software that presents a monetization figure as authoritative is creating a grievance.
