Personal Data Sheet
The PDS entered once, kept by HR, and never retyped. Every employee reads and prints their own.
What it does
- All eight sections, plus the Q34–40 disclosures and references — not a subset.
- Prints as a faithful four-page CS Form 212 that a CSC reviewer recognises.
- Every employee views and downloads their own PDS from self-service; changes go through HR.
- Civil service eligibilities, family background, voluntary work and L&D are structured records, not free text.
- Role decides who can read it. HR sees what HR needs; nobody browses colleagues' disclosures.
What it does not do
HR enters and corrects the sheet in the administration console. These screens read it and print it.
- Employees editing their own sheet is on the roadmap, not in the product today. A correction goes through HR rather than around them.
